Seahorse Birthday Wishes

Happy Thursday stampers, scrappers & crafters!

We have here in southern California today what is referred to as May gray! It is just that, gray skies of low clouds over the ocean and into the inland about 25 miles. Then we move into June gloom! There will be some random days of hot sun and wonderful days in between this coastal mess, but few and far between. There are many days when the sun shines through up on the mountain, but the coast stays socked in with low cloud cover. Good time for stamping! So that is my so Cal weather update! It is the same every year! We will try to get out to Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage soon, as it is lovely there now in the mid 80's. MY DH Dad lives out there and I do the spa thingie. It is about an 90 minute drive, not bad at all. There are incredible outlets on the way if I have it in me! Coach and Liz Clairborne and Guess, and Eddie Bauer. Pottery Barn, just to mention a few of my favs. Hubby is pretty good about it, he is NOT a shopper though. He would rather just hand me the cash and go watch sports and have a beer while I shop! Okay with me! He does like going into cool scrapbook/stamp stores with me, funny guy my Pete!
This pattern paper by Serendipity just caught my eye! I am a seahorse fan and I love the colors!I thought it best to let the paper take center stage. I added clear dew drops for the seashorse's bubbles, and the birthday wishes sentiment (?) used my corner tag SU punch on paper by Bazzill, ribbon by the yard Michael's.
Thanks for all of your great comments on my constant sentiment search! I concur with SU being great, and I am now inspired to go over to CHF and take a looksie! I am always searching for good ones on ebay too! Found a wonderful SU set last night, can't wait for it to arrive!
July seems so far off right now for the new catalog from SU, but heck the way April and now May are flying it'll be here before we know it! We better start making the picnic baskets for the 4th of July! (Just kiddin')!
Have a terrific happy and healthy day! Thanks for stopping by! I will be back soon, Deb

Great card! Love the seahorse!

We've been to the Palm Springs / Cathedral City area twice, and I just fell in love with it! Downtown Palm Springs was just incredible! I hear that revitalization was all Sonny Bono's doing when he was mayor of the town. Anyway, we just enjoyed that area so much! We'll have to make it back there soon!
