Happy Mother's Day stamping, scrapping & crafty Moms!
I am sure you were all showered with love and pampering today! We celebrated Mom's Day, yesterday, since my dd had to work today. Actually it was quite lovely and not a zoo at the country club where we had a spectacular lunch on the veranda. I blessed with 2 of my 3 daughters, the sun was shining bright and they made me feel so loved! My eldest daughter in Calgary, sent me a generous stamp gift certificate for Impress stamps. I adore that company!
On to the card making now ladies...
As you may have noticed I have been on an Hawaiian / island influence kick lately. So keeping with that I made this sketch for Beate's weekly challenge with an aloha theme.
The card was fun to make, I had this pattern paper forever and it was great to get it out and use some of it! Hope you like my take on the sketch!
Card stock- Whisper White (SU) Beige/goldish (Bazzill), Black (Bazzill) PP (Stampin Station)
Hula Girls stamp- (Inkadinkado) . Versafine Onyx ink, aloha stamp-( Rubber Stampede) . Versafine onyx ink
Marvy oval scallop punch, rhinestones from stash, ribbon by the yard Michael's, corner round punch (aloha).
