Sealife Treasures

I certainly had fun with this theme! I found the netting at Michael's and the small sealife pieces. The crabby is a stamp I picked up my local stamping store. All that is written on it is "Heather". It is brand new, so perhaps that is a desginer name, I just will have to ask the store what company makes this cute crabby. I stamped the crabby with black ink, and cut him out with my favorite SU scissors! The sentiment at the top right corner "Sealife Treasures" was actually on the little bags that the sealife came in! I thought what the heck, recylce this cute sentiement! I didn't have a lobster stamp, so this is the completed version. This card is time comsuming but worth it! The netting stretches out nicely, then I cut glue circles into tiny pieces to hold down the netting.Hope you enjoy this card! TMF! Deb~

I saw this layout in one of my books, so I just had to try my version, for my dear Grandbaby. The windows are cut out, torn edges and turned back and then distressed with ink. The cute little dino's are from Michaels. And would you believe the name of the decorative scissors are called "Dinosaur"?!! I generated the text and arch on computer in Photo shop 7.0. Thanks for looking a my dino-mite card for baby Bennett!

In the spirit of summertime!

I found this wonderful paper reflecting summer fun in such nice colors. The paper is by Creative Imaginations. The flowers are a mix of Prima and the center pink flower is by My Momments. The palm tree is a punch by EK Success, using an apricot paper. I added the two different ribbons for contrast and punch. I decided not to stamp a sentiment on this one, as the card seems to work the way it is. Inside is stamped "FUN IN THE SUN"! Hope you enjoy it! Thanks for looking! Love your comments please!
