I saw this cute underwater paper, and thought my CB folder Spots & Dots would be a cool background. Kept this one simple using the Giga & Mega scallop circle punches, cute ribbon, done! I just couldn't decide on the sentiment, so I figured I would just leave it blank for now- TFL! Deb~

Great idea and card, to sign my guestbook, just click on the tab that says sign, it sometimes takes a couple of tries.
